Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Gerontology and drawing on a background in recreational therapy, my approach goes beyond just breaking a sweat. I specialize in functional strength, corrective exercise and post-rehabilitation conditioning—with a dedicated focus on active aging. Whether the goal is preventing falls, managing bone health, or simply moving through daily life with more ease and confidence, the training is tailored to meet the body exactly where it is today.
